Zephyr took a deep breath. "I see. Looks like this is something only you can handle."
Before the conversation could continue, the screech of brakes came from outside.
Daniel frowned, and moments later, the door swung open as a group walked in. Leading them was a young man with a well-groomed appearance—slicked-back hair, a suit, and a tie that gave him the air of a successful businessman.
"Mr. Taylor, I heard you've been unwell. I thought I'd drop by to check on you," he said with a smile.
"You just came to check if I'm still breathing or not, huh?" Zephyr scoffed.
