Trystan stopped, tilting his head slightly and glancing out of the corner of his eye.
"I know you've lost your memory, but you've loved someone deeply before," Noah mentioned, his gaze tightening. "One day, when you fall in love again, you'll understand. Even if you're on top of the world, you'd still fall for her. "
He paused, letting the words sink in. "And when that happens, you'll realize that if she doesn't love you, all your money and pride won't mean a thing."
Trystan didn't respond, but his expression darkened noticeably.
"I'm not giving up on Ruth," Noah added, his voice steady. "Unless she tells me to leave in person."
Trystan frowned. "You'd better be sure about what you're saying."
"I am, and I won't change my mind," Noah replied firmly.
"Very well," Trystan said coldly, turning his wheelchair and leaving without another word.
