Chapter 118- Crossroads

After a while of silence, Jack broke the stillness. "I'm going to go check on Elsa, and make sure she's okay." He stood up, and Grace bid him goodnight, leaving Luna and Grace alone together. Once Jack was gone, Grace turned to Luna, who smiled warmly at her. The two sat in comfortable silence for a moment, enjoying each other's company. Meanwhile, outside, Luke stood by a tree, fidgeting with his fingers. He heard Ramsey's voice calling out to him. "Hey, Luke! Beautiful compound, huh? Grace is living the dream." Luke turned to face Ramsey, who approached him with a calm demeanor. "What's going on, man? You stormed out of there like a tornado." Luke snorted. "You know exactly what's going on. Elsa, Jack... it's all just a big mess." Ramsey placed a hand on Luke's shoulder. "Listen, Luke. I know you care about Elsa, but she and Jack have been through so much together. She already belongs to him, in a way. It's stupid to think you can just come out of nowhere and get in between them
