Chapter 131: The Kiss Mark

Alison carefully avoided people as she made her way to her bedroom. Once inside, she quickly went to the bathroom and looked into the mirror. There, on her neck, was a very clear mark. A kiss mark, unmistakable and charged with obvious intimacy, just like the ridiculous things that had happened earlier. Anyone with eyes could see what she had gone through. Alison’s face was expressionless as she scrubbed at her neck, desperately trying to erase the mark. But it didn’t work. If anything, the mark seemed to get more pronounced.
