Chapter 128: Oliver's Residence
This was still the White Estate, even if they were in the garden. There were many servants passing by. In such a public setting, Oliver couldn’t possibly do something so reckless.
Especially with Aristine standing right there—unless Oliver had truly lost his mind!
Alison didn’t take his threat seriously and struggled to break free, trying to leave.
But as she lifted her head, she suddenly noticed that Oliver’s breathing had become heavier, and the desire in his eyes grew more intense.
Alison wasn’t a child; she knew exactly what that look in his eyes meant.
Oliver slowly moved closer, and now only a fist’s distance remained between them.
He didn’t care that Aristine was watching—he really was crazy.
In this standoff, Alison gave in. She reached out, pushing against Oliver’s chest, and nodded painfully, agreeing to his absurd demand.
Only then did Oliver stop advancing. He reached up and plucked a flower petal from her hair.
“There was a petal on your head,” he said coldly.
