CHAPTER TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY SIX - THE PACK'S BETRAYAL
The atmosphere was one of purpose and unity. Even those who had once been at odds were now working together, strategizing and offering suggestions. Anna could hardly believe the transformation.
As the meeting wound down, Anna pulled Erik aside. "I can't believe how far we've come," she said, her voice filled with wonder. "A few weeks ago, I thought the pack might tear itself apart. Now look at them."
Erik smiled, pride shining in his eyes. "It's all thanks to you, love. Your strength, your compassion - you've shown them what it truly means to be a pack."
Anna shook her head. "We did this together. All of us."
As they turned back to the pack, Anna felt a surge of determination. The road ahead would be difficult, fraught with danger and uncertainty. But looking at the united front of her pack - her family - she knew they could face anything.
