Glaring at Bella, Moira helped Taria back to the lounge.
“Taria, it must be Bella who made us fall into the pool. Can we just let it go?” she asked, her voice laced with anger.
Taria’s face darkened with fury. “Or else what?”
“Since Bella is a designer of McKenzie Group, we can tell Mr. McKenzie that she hurt you and ask him to fire her,” Moira
suggested.
Taria looked away. “Forget it. He is busy every day. We shouldn’t bother him with such a trifle.”
She knew that Kennedy wouldn’t fire Bella for her sake. If Kennedy found out the truth, he would dislike her.
“Taria, you are so kind,” Moira said, looking at the bleeding wound on her leg.
