The first rays of morning sunlight pierced through the mist as Danny, like always, arrived at the park. Jost was already there, meticulously going through his warm-up exercises, every move revealing the discipline and resilience of a seasoned soldier.
"Hey, why are you up so late? So weak, you need to stick to a good workout regimen! How about my proposal from yesterday? Want to join me for some exercise and feel the vigor of an old-timer?" Jost’s face beamed with a warm smile, his words filled with expectation.
Danny approached, looking at Jost's slightly hunched yet still strong back, feeling a mix of emotions.
He hesitated for a moment before deciding to speak up: "Sir, there's something I want to say about the Tai Chi you're practicing. I suggest you take it easy and don't push too hard."
