Chapter 42

Tricia POV Jayden has been crying since he woke up from sleep and I have tried all I can to put him to bed but nothing seems to be working. His cries keep on waking Janessa in her sleep and everything is exhausting. I never knew that being a mother was this difficult. "Elsa please could you help me take Janessa along with you so you can put her back to sleep" " Sure" she replied as she picked up Janessa from her cradle and took her outside the room leaving me with Jayden who had refused to stop crying. Jayden was making things difficult for me. I have fed him, tried to calm him down, tried to put him to sleep, breastfed him, and yet he still cried. His screams could be heard all over the palace but I didn't know what to do anymore. Giving birth to them almost made me crazy but I think taking care of them is even worse. I lost consciousness and lots of blood after pushing Janessa out but I woke up the following day very weak. I had to stay in the midwife's house for two weeks bef
