Hesper walked up to the door and looked outside through the peephole but saw nothing.
Recalling the recent news, which reported that many women living alone had been harassed, Hesper frowned. She wanted to see who it was, but a pair of hands appeared out of nowhere and blocked her view.
Hesper was taken aback, but then Renee’s voice sounded from the other side of the door.
