CHAPTER 127: A LURKING SHADOW
Shirley stood in the dimly lit tent, the flicker of the lantern casting shadows on the walls. Zack had gone to begin drilling the soldiers, but Dahlia had stayed back; her expression was a mix of worry and resignation.
"Shirley, this is dangerous," Dahlia said, her voice filled with concern. "The herb you're looking for is not usually easy to find. I'm sure we can find another way to revive Drakon." She stepped forward and held her hands in a sisterly way. "I would not want Drakon to wake up and not find you beside him eventually."
