Chapter 17 Save Me, Evelyn
Evelyn shot up upon hearing the commotion. The extremely arrogant Blaine fell to the floor like a dog as he clutched his abdomen and yelled in pain.
Jessie and Crystal each clutched their luggage and inched backward as if they had encountered something terrifying at the end of the train car.
Evelyn had a hunch. Sure enough, a familiar figure appeared at the other end of the carriage the next moment. He had a folding knife in his hand and was looking at them with disdain.
"Well, what did I say? Not a single one of them got away, right?" Lucas joked and grinned as he approached.
Realizing the situation, the three turned and bolted toward the front of the train.
Lucas stretched and took a step to block the aisle. He started to crack his knuckles.
He then chuckled and added, "Are you guys trying to compare if Damian's kicks or my fists hurt more?"
Blaine had experienced Lucas' brutality yesterday. He knew they were doomed this time and surrendered.
