Helen's hand froze in mid-motion, and she quickly said, "That's not what I meant. It's just a minor issue, and I can handle it. Besides, I do need you. I need you more than anyone." Seeing her distressed expression, Chandler hurriedly pulled her into an embrace. "Alright, I was just teasing. You handle this matter first. If you can't handle it, then let me know." She nodded. "Got it." By the time she finished her meal, it was nearly 1:00 am. Fortunately, there was no curfew at Glendale University, so Helen returned to her dormitory. Early the following day, Callie was surprised to see Helen, who seemed to have appeared out of nowhere. "Helen, when did you return?" Helen explained, "I returned late, so I didn't wake you up." Callie nodded and continued, "You're so inspiring and spend every day in the library. When will I ever have your level of discipline?" Helen gathered her textbooks and got to her feet. "Let's go. It's time for class. Professor Gerard's lecture is up first."
