Simon was far from being right. Alba was being difficult. However, her method was different. For other people, getting drunk may mean puking their guts out or screaming around like a lunatic. For Alba, she would not make a scene as long as she was handled well. When Simon asked if she was feeling uncomfortable, Alba looked at him bashfully. “You don’t have to worry about me, Your Majesty,” she said gently. “I’ve only had a few drinks and I feel fine.” Simon was rendered speechless. Was she engrossed with her acting? Simon dared not ask her to take a shower now because he could not predict what she might do. He got up and headed back into his room. “I’m letting you sleep in my room,” he said to Alba when he came back out with his blanket and pillow. “Go inside and sleep now.” Alba blinked in response. “What about you, Your Majesty?” Simon pointed to the floor she was sitting on. Alba stood up obediently and headed into his room. Simon assumed that she had understood it and went t
