As he spoke, Steven glanced at the lawyer. The lawyer immediately understood and stood up. “Mr. Salvador, Ms. Bella, since Mr. Jenkins has entrusted me to this case, I’ll do my best. I won’t disturb you further.” Steven politely saw the lawyer out while Bella quickly picked up the document and read it with Justin. “This is the information about Owen Hopkins I’ve asked Steven to investigate.” Justin’s brows raised in surprise. “Bella, you have the same thought I had. I wanted to go after this Owen guy after investigating Southern Star. You’re too clever.” Unable to resist, he pecked her lips again and again. “Hmph, if I’m not smart, how could I keep up with you?” Bella pouted playfully and then nuzzled his face. “This is a fierce battle. I can’t possibly leave everything to you. I must do my best to share the burden with you.” Instantly, Justin’s eyes stung, and his heart warmed up. He would rather his lover be clumsy and lazy, letting him pamper and dote on her without a care.
