Chapter 38

　　Damon 　　Serena gasped in surprise, bathed in the silvery glow of the moon. "Wait, spirit wolves?" she inquired, her words lingering in the night air like unanswered questions. "So, you have more than one spirit wolf?" 　　"Yeah," I replied. 　　I could see the disbelief in her gaze as I let out a nervous chuckle and scratched the back of my head, feeling somewhat self-conscious. The soft rustle of leaves in the nearby trees seemed to echo her skepticism, and I couldn't help but notice how the moonlight played on her features as she shook her head in amusement. 　　"So, you've got two spirit wolves while other wolves aren't born with one," she commented, her curiosity piqued. "How many did you get from the moon goddess?" She probed further. 　　I answered, watching Serena's reaction closely while Romulus nudged me to continue. "I have two spirit wolves inside me, twins actually. One's Remus, and the other's Romulus." 　　Serena's eyes sparkled with fascination. "And why are you telling me this?
