Chapter 36

Cole. I rolled to the other side of my bed yet sleep refused to come to me. If only morning could dawn early but here I was stuck on my bed for hours unable to calm the restlessness that troubled my mind. I stared at my dark ceiling and my mind kept manifesting the same question—how do I save Marianne? I sighed while I combed through my hair tiredly. I left my bed afterward and proceeded out of my room.
