‘She’s gone’ I heard my wolf saying. I looked at Lucy who just defended my son. I couldn’t stop my tears as I saw her. “I will protect the crown prince with my life” I heard her voice echoing inside of my head and my heart was already broken. She just covered my son with her body and sacrificed her life for him. I looked at the wolf who was crying and found he was her mate. I didn’t even want to think about the pain he was going through. Rage filled inside of me as I looked at Mila who had already turned into her real form and looked at Lucy’s dead body with horror. A furious growl escaped from my wolf as she gritted her teeth, she wanted nothing but to see Mila in pain. She wanted to kill her for Lucy. Avenge for Lucy’s death. Mila looked at me and her eyes again turned cold, her lips slowly curled upwards to a cruel smirk and she took two silver daggers before coming towards me. I didn’t feel any fear because the pain and hatred was controlling me. My mind kept showing me how Lucy sp
