“Are you okay?” Canan asked Xina, who was lying on the sofa, whimpering softly as her back throbbed with pain. Jade had been instructing her on how to sit properly, insisting on perfect posture throughout the entire lesson. To Xina, it felt less like etiquette training and more like a form of medieval torture.
Seriously, Xina had no idea that something as simple as sitting could be such an exhausting exercise— until now. Jade’s lessons were intense.
