Chapter 30 : Just Trying to Help

*Nathan* Nathan's mind felt clouded with anger and jealousy. It had been almost two weeks since Mae had performed the marking ceremony with Henry. He hadn't seen either one of them, but the stories through the pack town were impossible to ignore. If what he heard was true, the results from the ritual actually proved Mae belonged with Henry. Mae had developed some sort of magical power and was well on her way now to stopping Raveena. Nathan had never given a second thought to the evil witch in the mountains, but he had to admit–at least to himself–it would certainly be alright if Mae did away with her.
