Kristen dropped the phone and rolled her eyes. She just got off the phone with Frederick. "Thinking of the devil, he called" She mumbled, poking her egg with the fork. After the stranger, Lucian left, she had not put much thought to him and retorted to eating her breakfast. She was doing that until Frederick called and made an offer to see her. She stared at her shades close to her purse. She was definitely staring at it but her mind was far from it. "Why was he sounding so afraid over the phone?" She sighed, creasing her brows.
