35. Hungover Hiccups and Morning Memories
As Jacob helped me to my room, he guided me to the bathroom and gently said, "You should brush your teeth and wash your face." My legs felt like jelly, and I could barely stand, so I sat on the edge of the bathtub, gazing at him.
He took the toothbrush and with a tenderness that was both unexpected and comforting, he began brushing my teeth. Then, he proceeded to wash my face, his touch careful and gentle as he scrubbed. His fingers lingered a bit longer than usual, tracing along my lips, leaving a warm and lingering sensation that sent shivers down my spine.
As I sat there, the intimate moment hanging in the air, I couldn't help but break it with a spontaneous giggle. "I have to pee," I announced, still a bit unsteady, "Can you help me with that too?"
