Alisha’s POV
I could distinctly sense the warmth seeping out of my body, carried away by my own lifeblood. My vision gradually dimmed, and my breath grew fainter with each passing moment. A critical realization loomed: my only chance at survival lay in revealing Shaunda's location, leading these hostile people onto the estate. Yet, I wouldn't allow myself to utter any word.
"You bitch, if you refuse to speak now, you'll never speak again," the man warned, venom lacing his voice. But I remained resolute, unwilling to betray Shaunda.
