Grasping my shoulders, Xara said, "I'll slot in a few new tennis club members for you. In the meantime, I'll deal with Mr. Yates for you. But I can't keep doing it. You'll have to check your wrist at a registered hospital and get the treatment you need. Don't worry about the bills; our club will cover the costs for you."
I nodded gratefully and prepared to walk out of the club. I removed the cold compress that Xara gave me.
Just then, a tall figure opened the door and entered the tennis club.
