"Really?" Celine sneered.
"Yes. I ordered a delivery for dinner. But the delivery was brought in by my ex," I informed her.
"She did all that, and I lost my appetite. The order arrived too late, and she added to my annoyance. I couldn't eat the food she brought. I ended up preparing a late dinner because I couldn't go to bed hungry, no matter how angry I was.
