Chapter 21 All Is Shattered

Logan: I stared down at the phone while a single tear hit the screen. I tried to think of something that I could say that would not cause her to ask more questions and I panicked when she suggested she come over to my house. But she's not stupid, she will see right through that message, I know it, and I will have to do or say something more drastic to keep her away. I can't believe that I thought my life could be different, that I could live a life away from all of this crap but I was wrong. I was wrong to tell her I loved her.
