Spencer felt as though a blunt knife was making cuts over his heart as he listened to Callie. He breathed a little heavily due to the ache in his heart. His eyes were filled with sorrow. There was a hint of reluctance in his voice. "What about me? Do you not want to see me anymore as well?" "How could I ever do that to you?" The first part of her reply acted like a dose of painkiller. However, Callie was injecting poison into Spencer's system with her following remarks. "After all, you brought me up. I'd make sure to send you my greetings during major holidays and festivals as I would to an elder or a family member, Uncle Spencer." Callie looked at him respectfully while saying that.
