The revelation hung heavy in the air. For a fleeting moment, Tiago’s control faltered. A snarl ripped through his throat, a primal fury flickering in his eyes that sent a shiver down Jose's spine.
But just as quickly as it erupted, the rage subsided. Tiago's face became calm again, his emotions hidden beneath a steely gaze.
