She was speechless to see Anthony holding a bouquet of champagne roses. “Flowers for the pretty lady.” Anthony presented the champagne roses to her. “I don’t like them.” Mable did not accept the flowers. She promised Blair he was the only person she would accept roses from. A person who once owned a garden of roses would not think a bouquet of roses was good enough.
