Julien stood at the door and looked through the peephole. He seemed genuinely worried and said, "I understand you don't want to try a new relationship, and I'm not forcing you. "I just want to check on you. Could you please open the door?" Shelmaine hesitated for a moment but still didn't open the door. "I'm fine, you don't have to worry. I'm not going to do anything extreme," she said. "Then open the door so I can see for myself." They fell into dead silence.
