It's been a few days since our encounter with the witches in the woods, the discovery, and my encounter with the illusion with Gaius. The thought of that illusion still left me boiling. I had almost revealed our plans to Gaius.
Minerva and I continued our training with the rogues in our secret camp in the woods, pushing ourselves to our limits and testing our resolve.
With my words of encouragement, I could tell they trusted me more and were willing to do anything I commanded. That was the spirit I was looking for.
When I spoke with the utmost confidence and determination, I could tell that Minerva's confidence was replenished. I didn't know how, but I knew she needed that encouragement, and I was glad I could help secretly.
