Chapter 21 Are You Done Making a Scene?

Dominic looked down at Bella with his eyes devoid of any emotion. In the morning mist, his figure seemed somewhat ethereal, like a divine apparition. "Are you done making a scene?" His voice was icy. Bella's body tensed slightly. Did he really think she was just causing trouble? She fought to suppress the pain in her heart and stood up, trying to explain, "I'm not…" Before she could finish, Dominic interrupted her impatiently, "I don't want to hear it. I don't want to see you here any longer. Leave!" Bella clutched the edge of her clothes nervously as her eyes turned red. "Please just give me two minutes. I just want to explain…" She didn't realize how pitiful she appeared at that moment, perhaps accustomed to such humiliation over time. Dominic's expression was one of suppressed anger, as if he was struggling to keep his emotions in check. "There's nothing to discuss between us. I have no interest in your matters. I'll say this one last time, I don't want to see you here again.
