Days have gone by. Perhaps month. I’ve now completely lost my sense of time ever since I’ve been brought into this hell. I wish I knew what’s happening in the outside world at least. I haven’t got any more news since Manuelo showed me the signed documents that say that he’s now the owner of Whitlock corp. I can’t believe that Ivan signed those. I was expecting that he’d have a plan, something to protect his family’s wealth...I even thought that he’d choose to sacrifice me for the sake of this business and yet, he didn’t. Though I’m glad to know that he really cares about me, I can’t help but feel guilty as well. It’s all my fault. Ivan has lost everything because of me: the company, his reputation...Everything. I even find myself wondering if it wouldn’t have been better if his father was still alive. He’d have prevented him from falling in love with the maid who’d set their family for doom.
