When the sound of things crashing inside finally stopped, she carefully pushed the door open.
The room was a mess, but at least the Burtman family was wealthy enough to absorb the damage from Tristan's outbursts. He clearly had anger issues.
As soon as she opened the door, his sharp, hawk-like gaze fixed on her.

His tone was calm, and there was a slight smile playing on his lips.

His smile was downright scarier than his expression when he wasn't smiling.
