Joseph sneered and said, "She won't be able to give you any money after she returns."  At the mention of that, Joseph's face became a little darker. He dialed Waverly's number and said, "Did you tell Welch that you would give him the money when you got back?" "That's right." Joseph narrowed his eyes, "Weren't you going to give the money back to Bellamy?" Waverly sighed and gazed out of the window, "I don't have money anymore. I used too much money in the past.
