Chapter 61 - More truths are revealed

Jack raised an eyebrow, a teasing glint in his eye. "Wait a minute, Grace. You mentioned an Alpha named Luna, and she's female, right? So, does that mean she's...you know, gay or something?" Grace's expression turned serious, and she shook her head. "No, Jack, it's not like that. Luna's husband, the former Alpha, died in battle against humans. She was left to lead the pack until their son was old enough to take over." Elsa's eyes widened in surprise. "Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that. That must have been tough for her." Grace nodded. "Yes, it was. But Luna is a strong and capable leader. She's kept the pack safe and prosperous until her son, Leo, was ready to take over as Alpha." Grace nodded, her expression thoughtful. "Of all the packs and wolves I've encountered, Luna's pack is the most compassionate. They're the closest to being human, in terms of having a heart. They only care about protecting each other and avoiding unnecessary violence." Elsa's eyes lit up with interest. "Th
