Aadhira stared at the floor for as long as the silence between them prevailed. She couldn't blame Arnav for kissing her. It was her fault to start with. She shouldn't have kissed him first! Even when he playfully dared her, she should have denied any physical touch, knowing all too well how sensitive wolves are to their mate's touch. It was foolish of her to do so.
When Arnav took a step closer to her, trying to hold her, she immediately stepped back. She wasn't a fool to repeat her mistake. She blinked fast and shook her head, indicating for him to understand that she wasn't promoting anything physical.
She ran towards their room to hide away the guilt that her face clearly expressed. She couldn't even shout at him for kissing her! She had only herself to blame.
