Sarah could hear his heart beat no longer loud, his eyes not as wide as before. But, his face was casted downwards, almost as if he were ashamed of what happened. She could see his shoulders drop down, disappointment on his face. Reluctantly reaching for his pocket, he pulls out his notepad and writes, 'Ever since I overthrew my mother.' Her heart clenched painfully, eyes open in sorrow. "Seth... I'm sorry this happened to you. I promise you, I'll be here with you every step of the way." Seth frowned, as if he didn't believe her. He quickly wrote on his notepad. 'Are you positive? You won't leave like everyone else... will you?' She was taken aback of what he wrote. Has everyone that approached him leave him? Gave him false hope? Her heart throbbed, pain spreading through her chest as she imagined the hardship he went through. She couldn't imagine what it was like to finally feel safe again only for people to leave you alone. Like nothing happened. "I promise... I will never leave you.
