Chapter 72 Uninvited Guest

Uncle probably had no idea that his daughter, Leah, had kept something hidden from him. Leah felt embarrassed because she had made a fool of herself earlier. She decided to skip this gathering altogether. So, Uncle came alone, completely unaware. He mocked Ferren and then prepared to ridicule Fox. "Do you even need to ask? The answer is right in front of you." Ferren raised an eyebrow, finding his brother's behavior odd. "Really?" Uncle clapped his hands and smiled. "Of course!" Ferren smiled too. Both men were smiling, but their reasons were entirely different. Uncle believed Fox couldn't possibly have gotten into MIT, so his smile was full of schadenfreude. Ferren, on the other hand, was proud of his son. He wondered why his brother would be happy about Fox's success, which wasn't his usual style. Ferren didn't understand but continued grilling the meat. Uncle, delighted, walked over to Fox, ready to mock his nephew. "Fox, I told you before not to boast. Look, you
