The next day, Talia woke up early enough, got dressed and went to the library to take another book.
The first one got her hooked and now she was prancing around the library looking for the second one.
“Oh dear, Luna, what are you looking for?”
Talia almost jumped when she realized it was one of those shadow servants.
“I hope I don't die of hypertension because of you.” She muttered under her breath.
“I doubt it, Luna. A good scare is good for the heart.”
Talia turned to the middle age woman who would probably be around 1000 years old, almost fighting the urge to roll her eyes, she descended from the stairs.
“I’m actually looking for the second series of this book. It's The Luna’s Calling. I can't find it.” She told the maid.
Meredith stroked her chin and looked around the library, before pointing her finger to the third shelf just below the ones Talia had been ransacking.
“That's it.”
Talia looked at her skeptically and was surprised that she'd found the book there.
