There was something that worried Shirley. For this invader to be so confident, it couldn't be totally because of his magic. They probably knew Drakon had a powerful witch on his side, constantly scanning for magic energy. That meant there was something more to this witch.
Shirley thought about it and concluded that there was a possibility that an insider in the pack was aiding them and giving them information about the affairs going on.
Shirley turned to the female pack member and said, "Can you excuse us for a while? I need to talk to Dahlia and Drakon about something personal."
The pack member nodded warily, bowed and then retreated. After she left, Drakon turned to Shirley. "What is it?"
"I don't trust anyone at this moment," Shirley said, glancing around. "I think this witch might be having help from an insider."
Drakon frowned. "I don't understand. No wolf in the pack would side with a witch."
