After nearly an hour of strenuous effort, the group finally cleared the thorny passage and arrived at the base of Serene Wyrm Summit. Scanning the area, Henry noticed that apart from heaps of scattered rocks, there was nothing unusual. Notably, the strong scent of Abelia had faded significantly.
"Let's rest here for a bit," he suggested to the group, who all collapsed on the ground, looking utterly exhausted as if they had just survived a severe illness.
"Are you okay?" Henry approached Rowan with a look of concern.
Rowan, pale and covered in sweat, felt that if they had not exited the thicket in time, she might have fainted or worse. Relieved they had made it out, she mustered a weak nod in response to Henry's question. "I'm fine, I can keep going."
