Gianna then picked up the cheque and saw that it was the same amount that she was supposed to get since she married him. She frowned. She had practically cried herself to sleep because what he had said had hurt her and also about the fact that the probability of her finding justice for her father was now low. Last night,after hitting him and telling him she didn’t want his money anymore. She had made up her mind not to ask him about it anymore. Now seeing the cheque in her head,she was beyond stunned. And he had also left a note apologizing. Was he sorry about what he had said last night? He didn’t mean it? She stared at the cheque again. Now this was quite tempting.
