Chapter48: The Confrontation

Four of us decided to go to an amusement park. It was a nice day out, perfect for some outdoor activities. "Oh, look! A Ferris wheel. Let's ride that. It'll be so romantic," Macie said enthusiastically. "Booriiing!" Jake and I said at the same time. "We are riding THAT," I said and pointed at a roller coaster that looks like death. Jake nodded in agreement and gave me a high five. Ah...I picked a good one. "Suit yourselves," Aaron said and smirked. We split up and went to our designated rides. Few minutes after the ride was over, we went to look for Aaron and Macie, but they were nowhere to be found. So we walked around for 15 minutes but didn't see them. "Um...should we be worried?" I asked. "Nah, they are adults. If they are lost, that's not our problem," he shrugged. I laughed. "Stop being a jerk and call them!" I exclaimed. "Fine," he grumbled and called Aaron. He put the phone on speaker. "Jake and Jane! Hurry up and meet me by the Ferris Wheel, NOW!" Aaron screamed over the phone
