Chapter 23.1 - Alex

The long-awaited moment has finally arrived. For many people, the concert was a charity event. But for Chen and me, it was a perfect opportunity for the two opposing bands to give their all in front of their fans… and a perfect ending for a budding romance between us. It would be better for both of us if we could end it as early as we can before it would be too late. Hopefully, there would be no upheaval. Mark, the president of the student council, formally kicked off the action. Other members of the crew were busy greeting the swarm of children at the gymnasium's entrance. The amazing part was that a huge crowd had already assembled before the event even started. Fans yell as they made their way to their seats, clutching flags and illuminating lights that have previously been supplied to them. As I turned to observe the enormous crowd, I felt a tap on my shoulder. Chen was waving his hand when I turned around. 'Hey, are you nervous?" I conveyed my displeasure w
