The next day, out of habit, Sophia went to Lucas' marital home after school. She was starving and immediately called for Evelyn once she entered the door. "Evelyn?" A housekeeper came out to take her bags instead, saying, "Mrs. Grant isn't home at the moment." Frowning, Sophia asked in surprise, "Isn't she supposed to be done cooking by now?"
