Chapter 202 Poisonous Fog

It wasn’t a great feeling to be enveloped by the poisonous fog, so I folded a handkerchief into a triangular shape to tie around my face in an attempt to block some of the fog out.
“Mars! Mars! Can you hear me?”
I shouted as I ventured deeper into the fog, careful to watch under my feet. It was a piece of advice Stanford told me earlier because the fog would obstruct my vision. I needed to keep an eye on my eye to watch where I was going.
It was also a steep mountain, so caution was important.
I kept everything Stanford said in mind and wished I could navigate through the thick fog by crawling. Even with my good eyesight, I couldn’t find my way through the rocky path.
Despite yelling for a while, I didn’t get any kind of response.
As the sky was getting darker, I started to panic, but I couldn’t run around like a headless chicken. I tried to remember the path I walked, making marks in some places.
