"One of the port areas got blasted last night," my grandpa said as lines of apprehension appeared on his forehead.
"Was it Elric?" I asked, appalled. My grandpa moved his head up and down, affirming it. "Then was it one of those weapons?" I questioned as my voice quivered.
"I don't think so," Caspian answered, crossing his arms over his chest, arching an eyebrow. "This is more likely a warning."
Athereld was quiet. He played with the paperweight as if he was in deep thought.
"Will it be possible to detect his whereabouts from this attack?" I asked, glancing sidelong at Caspian.
Caspian sighed, rubbed his neck, and said, "I doubt it. That cheeky bastard won't risk his coordinates over such a minor weapon."
"Good gracious! When's all this going to end?" my uncle muttered, heaving an exhausted sigh.
