Epilogue
AMY.
The sounds of birds tweeting afar off and the radiant glow of the sun gracing our bedroom through the transparent wall woke me up.
“Morning,” Logan beamed beside me on the bed, his right arm holding on to my waist beneath the white blanket.
“Morning,'' I whispered before placing a soft kiss on his lips. It might just be a small kiss but my wolf and I were brewing with joy deep within and he was no different either. It wasn't the kiss alone but the morning too. This morning was different from the other ones.
“I didn't think you would look this good with a beard,” I remarked while I played with his full-grown whiskers. “You make me want to have another baby for you.”
He chuckled. “That was the goal. These days you test me so much that we might have another pair of twins if we aren't careful.”
We drifted closer to each other.
“Twins? Isn't that a far stretch? Have you forgotten the hell the little ones gave us?”
“Now that I think about it, we should scratch that.”
