Chapter 1879
Olivia smiled. "Mm-hmm, okay."
After breakfast, Olivia left the house. She hailed a taxi, and of course, Mary went with her.
They chatted and laughed during the ride, and before long, they arrived at the Harrises' place. This time, the meeting spot was there because Lucian had class in the morning, making it inconvenient for him to go out. Usually, if Lucian had enough free time, they'd meet at a park or amusement center, rarely at the Harrises'.
When the taxi stopped at the gate, Olivia got out first, followed by Mary.
Mary instinctively looked at the front door for a few seconds, then turned to see Olivia looking slightly uneasy. It had been a long time since she last visited.
Noticing Mary's glance, Olivia stood there briefly, then said, "Let's go in."
"Alright," Mary replied.
At that moment, one of the guards opened the gate, and Olivia and Mary walked toward the house under his watchful eye. As they neared the doorway, a half-grown boy suddenly ran out like a gust of wind.
